The GiveBack to Algeria initiative is preparing for launch. To earn and keep the trust of millions, we are building a dedicated Legal Team to make sure every statute, policy, contract, and decision stands on solid legal ground—and serves Algeria first.
Before Launch: Build the Foundation
- Draft & review founding statutes, bylaws, and registration filings under Algerian law.
- Recommend optimal legal form (association, foundation, cooperative, etc.).
- Design governance & accountability frameworks with clear roles and controls.
- Align contribution flows with Algerian banking & financial regulations.
- Draft internal policies: ethics, transparency, anti-corruption, data protection (PDPL/GDPR where relevant).
- Review MOUs, partnerships, and institutional agreements.
- Set risk, compliance, and audit checklists for launch readiness.
After Launch: Safeguard Operations
- Draft & negotiate contracts for construction, procurement, services, and technology.
- Support HR: recruitment rules, employment contracts, training & compliance with Algerian labour law.
- Oversee IP & brand protection (trademarks, licensing, content use).
- Guide tax, reporting, and audit obligations; review quarterly/annual disclosures.
- Design dispute prevention & resolution pathways (mediation/arbitration/litigation).
- Support international collaboration while keeping all operations Algeria-first.
- Ongoing risk monitoring, procurement compliance, and conflicts-of-interest controls.

Pre-launch roles are volunteer-based. As operations scale, some roles may transition to paid positions in Algeria.
Do I have to be in Algeria?
No. Remote collaboration is welcome. All operations, however, remain Algeria-first.
